The multi-disciplinary group was formed in London in 1992. It provides a full range of services for the occupiers and owners of buildings; from office fit-out and building refurbishment, to technical fit-out for facilities such as laboratories and data centres. The facilities management division of the group provides post-project support for clients as well as traditional maintenance and facilities management services to a wide range of organisations.

Modus Group comprises the four specialist divisions shown above - Modus Workspace (office fit-out), Modus Projects (building refurbishment), Modus Unitech (technical fit-out) and Modus FM (facilities management).

These divisions complement and support each other, delivering projects on time, and on budget, to a range of clients that include some of the UK’s largest brands, institutions and organisations.
