The Innovation Centre is a purpose-built five-storey building in London E1, providing follow-on laboratory and office space under one roof for start-up and more mature companies in the bioscience and clean-tech sectors.

The upper three floors will provide 3,900 m2 (42,000 ft2) of state-of-the-art, secure laboratory (class 2) and write-up space. Flexible suite sizes are available from 50 to 800 m2 (540 to 8,600 ft2). Facilities include: 120-seat lecture theatre, meeting rooms and reception service.

Early subscribers will have the unique opportunity to design the suite to their own specific requirements. "You design it, we provide it" is the marketing team promise to prospective tenants.

The lower ground and ground floors are occupied by Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, recently ranked as one of the UK`s top four medical schools for the quality of research - and located near the Royal London Hospital

Environmental features include: "green roof" to encourage biodiversity; bicycle storage; all timbers sourced from sustainable forests; 80% recycled brass cladding for façade; and tiles made from reclaimed ceramics.
